Overview
The Core Ultra 7 265KF is Intel’s 20-core desktop processor from the Arrow Lake (Core Ultra Series 2) range, built on TSMC’s 3nm process for Intel’s new LGA1851 socket. With 8 Performance-cores and 12 Efficient-cores it is a strong choice for workloads that use many threads — video editing, rendering, compiling, running virtual machines — while still turboing to 5.5 GHz for games and everyday use.
The “KF” suffix means it is unlocked for overclocking but has no integrated graphics, so a dedicated graphics card is required. It needs a Z890 or B860 motherboard and DDR5 memory (DDR4 is not supported), and no cooler is included.
